Canadian Orders
All packages are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service within Canada and include parcel tracking and insurance.
We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping for standard provinces (AB, BC, MB, SK, PQ, NS, NB, PE, NL, ON) within Canada. Free shipping for orders in excess of $110
We offer $19.95 flate rate for orders originating from Northwest Territory, Nunavut, and Yukon Territory. Free shipping for orders in excess of $175
Please note that taxes (HST/GST) are applicable on total order including shipping costs.
Products exempt from free shipping charges include large, oversized or bulky/heavy orders (over 5 kg/10 lbs).
Note: If your order qualifies for free shipping and a return is subsequently made making your original order total less than qualifying for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from any refund amount.

Continental US Orders (10-15 business day delivery average):
We offer $15.00 flat rate shipping for most orders shipped to mainland US.
Free shipping for orders in excess of $150
We offer $30.00 flat rate shipping for non-mainland US orders originating from American Samoa, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States on Micronesia, Guam, Hawai, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within two business days of placement under normal conditions. We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited parcel service, delivery times will vary on your proximity relative to our retail location at 1459 Brenton Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, orders should be received within 2-7 days within Canada.
A note about packaging:
We make every effort to recycle boxes and packing material. When you receive your order from us, we will attempt to use a previously-mailed box and may also contain recycled bubble wrap or other packing material. Please recycle your packing materials from QuillJoy.
