Guarantees

General—Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

a) Payment and Prices
The prices for the goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site, are QuillJoy prices expressed in Canadian dollars excluding Harmonized Sales Tax. Shipping will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in Canada. All orders placed in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador will be subject to 13% HST. All other Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. International orders do not have taxes applied. International customers are responsible for any duties and freight charges beyond QuillJoy shipping fees.

QuillJoy cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa. Payment is deducted when we process your order. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason. Please note that products, prices and offers in our affiliate store DulyNoted.ca may differ from those featured on this site.

We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you within 5-15 working days. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date or offer you the option to cancel or select other goods.

b) Your right to cancel your order
You may cancel your QuillJoy order no more than 24hrs after completing your online payment at checkout. All orders cancelled after confirmation is sent are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If your order has shipped, your order must be processed as a return.

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so before it is dispatched either by telephoning us on 1 902-446-5612 (lines are open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm 7 days a week ) or e-mailing us at sales@quilljoy.com (* exclusions apply).

c) Our returns and refunds policy
All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by QuillJoy.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.

We require the following information to process an exchange/return:

• Customer's Name
• Mailing Address
• Description of products for return or exchange
• Reason for return/exchange
• Agreement on return type: refund, in-store credit, or exchange

If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from QuillJoy you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery as confirmed by shipping tracking code.(*exclusions apply). We will exchange or refund (minus the original shipping charge) any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition, with the sales invoice received with your order. After 15 days, all sales are final. Sale and clearance items are final sale.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. A full refund (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued once the product is received in our warehouse.

* Exclusions: excludes products engraved or otherwise made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.

d) Guarantee
Product Warranty—All writing instruments guaranteed by the manufacturer and sold by QuillJoy.com come with a certificate. It is our promise to you: we will cover your instrument against any defect, premature breakage or abnormal wear. Our commitment includes everything that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For best service please call one of our customer service representatives to discuss service and repair options for your fine writing instrument. You may also send your instrument(s) and a clear description of the problem together with your contact information to the following address.
